Phil Dougan
Phil Dougan is a founding partner at Citadel Law Corporation. Phil provides legal advice to strata corporations, landlords and tenants. As well, he assists those involved in commercial leasing or litigation and estate litigation. Phil is also involved with the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) as a board member and speaker at CCI seminars. Phil also teaches the Rental Managers Legal Update course for managers renewing their real estate licences under the Real Estate Services Act.
