Michael Drouillard

Michael is a real estate lawyer in Vancouver. His practice focuses on both commercial real estate transactions as well as real estate disputes. Michael has extensive experience with multi-family and manufactured home park transactions, as well as disputes involving construction, landlords and tenants, and housing regulations. Before becoming a lawyer, he had a career as a real estate broker and property manager. He's also written extensively on real estate, including a best-selling book, "Landlording in Canada."
