Krista Prockiw
Krista Prockiw is a Director of Claims Injury Recovery Services at ICBC. She has held several roles at ICBC including in-house legal counsel, the Manager of Claims Legal and Technical Programs and the Manager of Corporate Litigation Advisory. Previously, she worked with a prominent Vancouver law firm where she was a member of its insurance practice group. Her legal experience and expertise includes a wide variety of insurance matters, including personal injury, product liability and professional indemnity claims. She is also the editor of the Canadian Journal of Insurance Law.
