Debra Febril

Debra Febril is a tribunal member with the Civil Resolution Tribunal. She was previously a legal advocate with the BC Human Rights Clinic at the Community Legal Assistance Society. She is a proud member of the Nisga’a Nation. Debra is a life-long advocate of human rights and Indigenous rights. She has experience in the areas of criminal, child protection, administrative, human rights and Indigenous laws. She is also a long-standing member of the CBA’s Aboriginal Lawyers Forum.
