Dairn Shane

Dairn is a senior litigator with Preszler Law. He has been representing injured people in British Columbia for over 25 years. Dairn’s primary practice for the first 20 years was motor vehicle accident claims. In the last five years, he has been focusing his practice on medical malpractice claims and product liability claims, and in particular, faulty medical device and harmful drug claims. He has extensive trial and appeal experience, and has appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, where he has won cases that changed the law. Dairn is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Canadian Bar Association. He has appeared as a guest lecturer for lawyers, paralegals, and law students at various universities.
