Ashley Syer

Ashley Syer is an employment lawyer, litigator and mediator at Syer Law in Vancouver. Taking a practical approach, Ashley advises employees and employers on all sorts of workplace issues. Wherever possible, she encourages her clients to use mediation and alternative methods to settle their disputes, but she's always prepared to go the distance and help them pursue their rights in court. Ashley is a mediator, a part-time tribunal member of the Civil Resolution Tribunal, and volunteers with both the Trial Lawyers' Association of BC and the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch.
