Anna Fung, KC

Anna Fung, KC is deputy chair at the BC Utilities Commission. An experienced solicitor and litigator with a focus on business law, she has acted as in-house counsel for TimberWest, Intrawest and Fortis BC. She was named a King’s Counsel in 2000 and earned her Certified Canadian Corporate Counsel designation from Rotman School of Business in 2015. Anna was a bencher and a past president of the Law Society of BC.
