We're excited to announce some further improvements to our website. We've added new topic areas, refined the look of the site with a more spacious design, and improved the way you can navigate through the site on mobile devices. There’s a host of smaller but impactful changes, all to make your experience of the People's Law School site that much better for you.
More topic blocks on the homepage: We've added new blocks for home & neighbours, health, and business & non-profits. We're launching these topic areas with some initial content, and will be adding more in the weeks and months ahead.
Refined site navigation: We've made navigating through the site even easier. The subsection headings are more obvious. The page titles are more prominent, and the breadcrumb (which helps you understand where you are in the site) more noticeable.
Placement of jurisdiction and date: We've made the jurisdiction and currency date more prominent at the top of "Everyday Legal Problem" content pages. Our research shows that making it easy to see whether information is applicable in British Columbia and current helps give users confidence they can rely on the information.
The mobile experience: We've refined the experience on mobile devices, so that it's easier to navigate through topics and find the information you're looking for.
As always, we welcome your feedback.
